Here you can enjoy your meal, your favorite show on the satellite TV or the unique view of the natural landscape from the windows overlooking the garden and pool. A modern bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds and its own en suite bathroom, also with a shower, will completely cover your needs.

As you move to the upper level of the villa, you will be able to see the stunning landscape more clearly through the large windows, and the colors of blue and green that blend harmoniously, creating a magnificent view. The view of the sea, the horizon, the mountains and the greenery can be enjoyed at all hours of the day either from the large veranda or from the comfortable sofa located in the area. The sofa can be converted into a double anatomical bed to accommodate two additional people. In this space there is also a TV with satellite channels and the floor is completed by a spacious bedroom with a double bed, with its own en suite modern bathroom with shower.

Step outside, and you’ll be immersed in the very landscape that you admire from within. The meticulously tended garden and nearby olive groves exude the authentic aroma of the Cretan land, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The heated private seawater pool of 53sqm provides a refreshing oasis for relaxation and play, no matter the time of day. You can also utilize the fully equipped BBQ area to savor delicious dishes and create memorable moments with your loved ones.
